No \u00faltimo dia <strong>6 de dezembro<\/strong>, foi aprovado o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 1.521\/2017, de autoria da deputada distrital Celina Le\u00e3o (PPS), que <strong>regulamenta os servi\u00e7os e procedimentos<\/strong> farmac\u00eauticos nas farm\u00e1cias e drogarias locais.<\/p>\n<p>Tais estabelecimentos e seus profissionais <strong>ficam autorizados a prestar servi\u00e7os<\/strong> como a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de vacinas, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de testes de sa\u00fade com equipamentos de point-of-care testing e de auto-teste, acompanhamento farmacoterap\u00eautico, atendimento para problemas de sa\u00fade autolimitados, al\u00e9m da <strong>revis\u00e3o e concilia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de medicamentos. Para realizar estas atividades, a farm\u00e1cia dever\u00e1 <strong>possuir uma sala de atendimento<\/strong> com tamanho m\u00ednimo de 3 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>A expans\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os farmac\u00eauticos <strong>segue a passos largos<\/strong>. No fim de novembro, a Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo<strong> j\u00e1 havia aprovado<\/strong> por unanimidade um Projeto de Lei an\u00e1logo, seguindo exemplos recentes como os das prefeituras de S\u00e3o Paulo e Tabo\u00e3o da Serra; e dos estados de Amazonas e do Par\u00e1.
