Para 2018, as estimativas ficam entre <strong>6,9% e 9,3% em faturamento<\/strong> e aproximadamente <strong>3% em unidades<\/strong>. As an\u00e1lises foram apresentadas no <strong>F\u00f3rum Expectativas 2018<\/strong>, realizado pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/sindusfarma.org.br\/cadastro\/index.php\/site\/ap_home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sindusfarma<\/a> no dia 9 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Num panorama geral, o mercado farmac\u00eautico <strong>movimentou cerca de 5,8 bilh\u00f5es de unidades<\/strong> e R$ 126 bilh\u00f5es nos 12 meses at\u00e9 junho de 2017. Os <strong>medicamentos de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> representam <strong>47% do montante<\/strong> e s\u00e3o os que t\u00eam resistido <strong>melhor \u00e0 crise econ\u00f4mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 as marcas pr\u00f3prias das redes t\u00eam se mostrado <strong>19% mais baratas e surgem como uma op\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de melhor custo-benef\u00edcio ao consumidor. A indica\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>balconista\/farmac\u00eautico<\/strong> \u00e9 ainda um fator muito importante <strong>para a escolha do produto<\/strong>, representando <strong>66% da influ\u00eancia<\/strong> no cliente na parte de medicamentos e <strong>47% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao consumo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para o vice-presidente s\u00eanior da QuintilesIMS, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sydney-clark-8581a4a\/?ppe=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sidney Clark<\/a>, o mercado <strong>farmac\u00eautico tamb\u00e9m foi impulsionado<\/strong> pelos medicamentos para diabetes (15%), oncol\u00f3gicos (15%), para hepatite (13%) e doen\u00e7as autoimunes (11%), no per\u00edodo de <strong>2014 a 2016<\/strong>. \u201cO impacto de quebra de patentes ser\u00e1 <strong>50% maior nos pr\u00f3ximos cinco anos<\/strong>, o que tornar\u00e1 o segmento de medicamentos biol\u00f3gicos altamente<strong> competitivo no Brasil e no mundo<\/strong>\u201d, complementa.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o vice-presidente corporativo da Close-Up, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/paulo-paiva-1ab9123\/?ppe=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paulo Paiva<\/a>, informou que os <strong>medicamentos oncol\u00f3gicos totalizaram 45%<\/strong> dos lan\u00e7amentos no mercado farmac\u00eautico brasileiro entre julho de <strong>2016 e junho de 2017<\/strong>, seguidos dos produtos para doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares (12%), para diabetes e o aparelho respirat\u00f3rio (10% cada) e vacinas (5%).<\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao varejo farmac\u00eautico, Paiva argumentou que as <strong>grandes redes continuam a aumentar<\/strong> sua representatividade no <strong>mercado (9,3%)<\/strong>, por\u00e9m, de forma mais lenta que nos anos anteriores. \u201cO que traz um <strong>aporte significativo<\/strong> a este segmento \u00e9 a <strong>abertura de lojas<\/strong>, mesmo com uma pequena desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, ressalta.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda segundo o estudo, a <strong>farm\u00e1cia independente segue bastante relevante<\/strong>, mas j\u00e1 sentindo o peso do momento atual, e o <strong>associativista apresenta um crescimento<\/strong> acima do mercado, em decorr\u00eancia da <strong>mudan\u00e7a de vis\u00e3o<\/strong>. \u201cTrata-se de um grupo que compartilha pensamento,
