{"id":11138,"date":"2019-03-22T11:26:43","date_gmt":"2019-03-22T14:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prodoctor.net\/blog\/?p=11138"},"modified":"2019-08-21T12:36:19","modified_gmt":"2019-08-21T15:36:19","slug":"reajuste-no-preco-dos-medicamentos-e-estimado-em-446-em-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prodoctor.net\/blog\/reajuste-no-preco-dos-medicamentos-e-estimado-em-446-em-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Reajuste dos medicamentos \u00e9 estimado em 4,46% em 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>O<\/strong> <strong>reajuste anual de pre\u00e7o de medicamentos<\/strong> deve ser fixado em 4,46% em 2019, segundo estima a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interfarma.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o da Ind\u00fastria Farmac\u00eautica de Pesquisa (Interfarma).<\/a> Espera-se que novo \u00edndice comece a valer <strong>em abril<\/strong>, embora as altera\u00e7\u00f5es no varejo sejam percebidas gradualmente, conforme os estoques forem sendo renovados.<\/p>\n<p>No Brasil, o pre\u00e7o dos medicamentos <strong>\u00e9 regulado pelo governo.<\/strong> Estipula-se um valor m\u00e1ximo a ser cobrado (pre\u00e7o lista) sempre que uma nova terapia chega ao mercado. Contudo, fabricantes e varejo podem aplicar descontos. Algumas classes de medicamentos chegam a apresentar <strong>descontos superiores a 60%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anualmente, <strong>o pre\u00e7o lista dos medicamentos<\/strong> \u00e9 corrigido pela <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.anvisa.gov.br\/cmed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u00e2mara de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o do Mercado de Medicamentos (CMED)<\/a>, a partir de uma f\u00f3rmula que considera a infla\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo, a produtividade da ind\u00fastria, a concorr\u00eancia de diferentes classes terap\u00eauticas, o impacto da energia el\u00e9trica e das oscila\u00e7\u00f5es do c\u00e2mbio, entre outros fatores.<\/p>\n<p>Neste ano, houve <strong>forte influ\u00eancia do c\u00e2mbio no c\u00e1lculo<\/strong>, embora a infla\u00e7\u00e3o ainda seja o principal fator, estipulada pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibge.gov.br\/estatisticas-novoportal\/economicas\/precos-e-custos\/9256-indice-nacional-de-precos-ao-consumidor-amplo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7o ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica (IBGE).<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Reajuste abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>O reajuste autorizado aos medicamentos n\u00e3o corrige a infla\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando assim numa defasagem de pre\u00e7os ao setor. Entre 2005 e 2018, <strong>os medicamentos tiveram 86,99% de reajuste,<\/strong> enquanto a infla\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo foi de <strong>118,84%<\/strong>. Isso significa uma diferen\u00e7a de 31,85 pontos percentuais.
